Southern Nevada Contracted Hospitals

We contract with several hospitals to offer you care when you need it. Receiving services at a non-contracted hospital may result in you being responsible for hospital charges/bills.

Effective January 1, 2023, Individual On Exchange Select Plans offer HPN’s lowest monthly premium with a narrow network of hospitals. The Select Network does not include Dignity facilities and Dignity micro hospitals, urgent cares and physician groups. To find a contracted provider, search the On Exchange Select Network provider directory.

*Emergency room physicians at these facilities may not be contracted with your health plan, so you could be responsible for additional out-of-pocket costs.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening injury or illness, please call 911 immediately or head straight to the emergency room.

The emergency room is for the treatment of life-threatening conditions which require immediate medical attention. If not a true emergency, you may be responsible for the entire cost of the visit.
