Our health education team is comprised of professionals dedicated to teaching your patients the skills that promote lifelong health. We have an experienced staff of Certified Health Education Specialists, Registered Dietitians and Certified Diabetes Educators.

Most health education classes and disease management programs are offered in group sessions. One-on-one consultations also are available at most Southwest Medical Associates clinic locations.
