How's your cholesterol?
Check it off!
Is it time to check your cholesterol? This fasting blood test measures your total cholesterol, LDL (bad) and HDL (good) cholesterol, and triglycerides. Based on the results, your primary care provider will counsel you about any necessary medication or lifestyle changes.
Keep track of your cholesterol tests and other preventive screenings. We encourage you to "Check It Off" your list. Make sure to visit your primary care provider to keep track of the screenings needed to identify and manage chronic medical conditions.
